Overview
This article explains how to install the Easy Employer app-based time clock on a Windows device.

NOTE:
- Please ensure your environment meets the minimum system requirements. See the Related Articles section for further information.
- You must run the installer software with elevated privileges. Make sure you are able to run the installer as a local Windows Administrator before proceeding.
Download and Run the Installer
Click here to download the full installer (70mb).
- Locate the file you just downloaded, and run this file in the Windows user account you want to be able to use the time clock.
- For example, if your 'everyday' user of the computer is called "User 1," log into that user account before running the installer. Do not run the installer from an administrator account unless that account will be using the time clock.
- When proceeding with the installation, check the username (in brackets) is correct, e.g., "User 1" in this example.
- The target user (e.g., "User 1") does not need to be a local administrator to run the time clock software.

- Once the installation is complete, the application settings are displayed. Easy Employer recommends leaving these set to their default values.

Run the App-Based Time Clock
- Once the app has been installed, it will open and request a time clock URL.
- Enter the link into the field and click Submit.
- The time clock will ask for the password you set earlier.
- The time clock software will now load.
