2025-05-14 - Oops...this is embarrassing error when logging into the Easy Employer website

If a user is logging into the Easy Employer website and receives the "Oops...this is embarrassing" error straight away, as shown here:

This indicates that the user has an active Easy Employer online account, but it is not currently linked to any organisation. This may occur if the user previously worked for an organisation that used Easy Employer, but their access was removed—either due to termination or by having their access disabled—and they are now attempting to log in again.

 

To resolve this issue, the user needs to complete sign up by following the instructions here: Employee Guide | Online Account Access – easyemployer support
