The following functions are currently impacted:

CloudPayroll Integration | API connections are not currently working |
Email Replies | Replies to rosters, notices, and messages are not being processed |
SMS Replies | Replies to SMS messages are not being processed |
Single Sign-On (SSO) | SSO connections are not functioning as expected |
NOTE: These issues have been confirmed and are currently being addressed by our development team.
Fix Timeline
Root causes have been identified for all the above issues. We are in the process of deploying fixes progressively.

- Submit a new support request with a detailed description
- Include relevant screenshots, user details, and any error messages if possible
