Known Issues After Infrastructure Upgrade – June 2025

The following issues have been identified following the Easy Employer infrastructure upgrade completed on 25 June 2025.

Currently Known Issues

The following functions are currently impacted:

Affected Area Issue Description
MYOB AccountRight Integration API connections are not currently working
Xero Integration API connections are not currently working
CloudPayroll Integration API connections are not currently working
Email Replies Replies to rosters, notices, and messages are not being processed
SMS Replies Replies to SMS messages are not being processed
Single Sign-On (SSO) SSO connections are not functioning as expected
NOTE: These issues have been confirmed and are currently being addressed by our development team.

Fix Timeline

Root causes have been identified for all the above issues. We are in the process of deploying fixes progressively.

  • Some services may resume automatically once the patch is applied
  • We will provide further updates in this article as each item is resolved

If you're experiencing any other problems not listed above:

  1. Log in to the Easy Employer Help Centre
  2. Submit a new support request with a detailed description
  3. Include relevant screenshots, user details, and any error messages if possible
