Since the infrastructure upgrade on 24 June 2025, the BI staging server is currently not syncing data as expected. This issue is being investigated by our technical team as a priority.

Overview

The BI (Business Intelligence) staging server is used to collect and prepare data for reporting and analysis. Following our recent infrastructure upgrade on 24 June 2025, we have identified that the BI staging server is no longer syncing with production data.

Current Issue

NOTE: Since the infrastructure changes, no new data is being populated in the BI staging server.

This issue is:

  • Isolated to the BI staging environment.
  • Causing delays in reporting accuracy and availability.
  • Not affecting production system operations or reporting within Easy Employer.

The issue appears to be related to the automated data sync process between production and the staging environment.

Troubleshooting Steps

At this stage, there are no required actions from clients.

Our technical team is:

  1. Investigating the sync job and server configurations introduced as part of the 24 June upgrade.
  2. Validating environment variables and permissions that may affect sync automation.
  3. Testing a fix in a controlled environment before applying it to staging.
