Overview
Following the infrastructure upgrade completed on 24 June 2025, the sandbox (test) environment is currently not synchronising new data. This may affect any clients using the sandbox for integration testing, API development, or configuration previews.
NOTE: The production environment is not affected by this issue. This only impacts sandbox/test environments.
Current Status
- The issue has been identified as related to internal services that power sandbox data syncs not initialising correctly after the infrastructure changes.
- Our technical team is investigating the root cause as a priority.
- A resolution is currently in progress — this article will be updated as more information becomes available.
