The Easy Employer sandbox environment (https://sandbox.easyemployer.com/) is no longer automatically refreshing data each day. This change has occurred following the recent infrastructure upgrade.

Overview
Previously, the sandbox environment was configured to refresh daily with the latest data from the Easy Employer production environment. This allowed clients and internal teams to test features using up-to-date information.
Current Behaviour
We are currently investigating how to re-enable or replace the previous automated refresh process in the new infrastructure environment.
If you are trying to access sandbox and only had an online account to Easy Employer production completed on or after the 24/06/2025, you will not be able to access sandbox until the syncing issue is resolved.
Next Steps
Nothing is required from Easy Employer clients:
- This issue is being actively investigated by the Easy Employer technical team.
- We will provide further updates via this article once a resolution or new process has been implemented.
