Issue Summary
NOTE: This issue only affects users who are configured to have shifts generated automatically.
The automatic shift generation function did not run during the scheduled time due to the system outage associated with the recent infrastructure upgrade. As a result, shifts that were expected to be generated automatically were not created.
How to Resolve
To resolve this issue, there are two available options:
- Create the shifts manually for the affected users via the roster or timesheet interfaces.
- Use the "Generate Shifts" function available in the timesheet interface to regenerate shifts based on the users' configured settings.
