SSO Connections Not Working After Infrastructure Upgrade – Now Resolved

Following our recent infrastructure upgrade, we identified an issue where Single Sign-On (SSO) connections were not functioning as expected for some users.

Issue Overview

After the infrastructure upgrade performed in late June 2025, some users experienced issues with Single Sign-On (SSO) not working as expected. Affected users were unable to log in using their SSO credentials, and in some cases were redirected to the standard login page or received error messages.

Current Status

UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved as of 01/07/2025. SSO connections are working normally again.

No action is required from end users if they are now able to log in successfully. If you're still experiencing issues, please follow the steps below or contact our support team for further assistance.
