We have identified that background processing jobs are currently taking longer to complete following the completion of the production infrastructure upgrade. These tasks normally run automatically in the background and are essential for processing certain system operations.
What is impacted
The following background tasks may experience slower processing times:
- **Cost calculations** – including those triggered when editing rosters, publishing rosters, or generating reports
- **Roster and timesheet warnings** – including warning generation after roster adjustments or changes to business rules
- **Webhook integrations** – delays in triggering or completing outbound webhooks to external systems
- **Timesheet imports** – processing of imported data into timesheet records may be slower than normal
Current status
Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue to identify the root cause and restore normal processing speeds as quickly as possible. Further optimisations to the new infrastructure are in progress.
