What is the Payroll Report

The payroll report gives a breakdown of the timesheet hours through the award interpreter.

Why is this important

If you are using easyemployer for payroll, this report gives you the export file to load into your payroll application.

How to access the Payroll Report:

1. Click on Reports

2. Click on Payroll Report

3. Click the Timesheet Period

4. Choose the Payroll Entity and click Finish

5. The Payroll Report will now be displayed

 

Viewing and Changing a Timesheet using the Payroll Report

Note: Payroll admins can adjust timesheets through the Payroll Report even if the timesheet has been finalised.

1. Open the Payroll Report

2.  At the top of the page press on the Timesheet Link

3. The timesheet report will open

4. Hover over a row and press on the cog edit icon

5. Select one of the changes you wish to make

 

Addressing the warnings on the payroll report

1. Open the Payroll Report

2. The Payroll Warnings indicator will be displayed at the top of the report to represent how many warnings need to be addressed (warnings need to be addressed to finalise the payroll period) 

3. Scroll through the payroll report and warnings will be indicated in red as shown below:

4. Click here to action the warning or hide to hide the warning

5. Once all warnings have been actioned or hidden, you can then Finalise payroll period

6. You can then lock the payroll period if required
