What is the user details report
The user details report displays personal information for each employee and can be exported to csv or xls.
Why is this important
This report can be used in a variety of ways. The data can be scoped in different ways and this will effect how users utilise this report.
How to access the user details report
1. Click Reports
2. Click User Details Report
Adjusting the Report Rows and Columns
1. Open the User Details Report
Note: The following image has had the columns refined
2. Scroll to the right hand side
3. Click the Choose columns button
4. In this dialogue, you can
- Rearrange the columns by dragging
- Select which columns to be displayed
5. Once you have made your selection above, you can save the format to use at a later date by clicking the Save columns button at the bottom of the dialogue
6. The report can be scope to display specific Users, Groups and Employment status. To scope the report, press on the edit button in the corresponding row.
For Users, the following screen will appear. Select the users that you wish to display and press Set Scopes.
For Groups, the following screen will appear. Select the groups that you wish to be displayed and press Select Groups.
For Employment status, the following screen will appear. Select the Employment status that you wish to display and press Set Scopes.
Exporting to csv and xls
1. Open the User Details Report
2. Select the columns to export and their order by following the steps above in Adjusting the Report Columns
3. Click the Export as CSV button or Export as XLS button
