What employee information is stored in easyemployer
Personal Details:
- Title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, and so on)
- Given Names (e.g. Joseph James)
- Surname
- Known as (e.g. Joey)
- Street address
- Suburb
- Post Code
- Country
- State
- Date of birth
- Gender
Contact Details:
- Phone number
- Mobile number
- Email address
Financial Details:
- Tax File Number
- Bank BSB
- Back account number
- Super fund provider
- Super account number
Emergency Contact Details:
- Emergency contact's name
- Emergency contact's phone number
Other:
- Pin code (set by the employee to clock shifts)
- Comments (can be seen by the employee - e.g. allergies, medical conditions, etc.)
How to access and edit an individual employee's information
1. Select Organisation from the top navigation bar
2. Select Users
3. Select the user that you wish to view
4. The screen will automatically open to the user's details page
5. Press on edit to change information
6. Press on the save button after making changes
7. Press on cancel to prevent the changes from saving
8. Press on delete to remove the information
How to view all employee details
1. Select Reports
2. Select User Details Report
3. The report then be displayed
