1) Overview

The fill-in finder is a quick and easy way to find a replacement for a shift. This feature becomes available once the roster has been published.

Users are asked if they can work a shift via SMS and/or email and they can reply back whether they are available or not.

 

2) Notify users of available shift(s)

3) Assigning a shift to user(s)

The selected user(s) receive a message asking them if they can work the shift and they can then reply back whether they are available or not to do the shift. This information comes back into the system and you can see who is available straight away.

There are two methods for assigning the shift:

 

i) To do list

 

ii) Through the roster
