What is this feature
How does this feature work
When an address is added to the site, and communication is enabled, the address will be communicated with the roster by the method chosen. Email and notice communications, the address is added after the site in brackets. For SMS, the address is added to the bottom of the text.

How to add address and enable communication
The address is added in the settings located on the site:
1. Click Organisation
2. Click Organisation Structure
3. Click the Site. In the following example, the site is Pharmacy Mitchell (click the site name)
4. Click Settings
5. Edit the Address field and enter the address
6. Edit Communicate address and check and save
7. You have now completed the configuration. Any communications from roster, corresponding to that site, will also communicate the address.
