What are the quick links

Quick links are shortcuts to commonly accessed areas of easyemployer.

When would this feature be used

This feature would be used to navigate to the current roster, timesheet, when updating availability, or creating a leave request.

Why is this important

This feature reduces the time taken to navigate to certain pages but reducing the number of pages you visit.

Note: Depending on your access level in the organisation and configuration, a user may have different quick links available to them.

1. Quick Links for Employee

  • View my current roster allows the employee to view their roster (this may not be visible to staff - contact support to have this enabled)
  • View my current timesheet let user open their current timesheet.
  • View my availability shows the user what availability they have selected.
  • Create leave request allows the user to create their leave request.

2. Quick Links for Managers

  • Open current roster opents the roster for the manager.
  • Open current timesheet opens the timesheet for the manager.
  • View my current roster lets the manager open their current roster.
  • View my current timesheet lets the manager open their current timesheet.
  • View my availability shows the manager what availability they have selected.
  • Create leave request allows the manager to create their leave request.

3. Quick Links for Owner Employees


  • Open current roster opens the roster for the owner.
  • Open current timesheet opens the timesheet for the owner.
  • View my current roster lets the owner open their current roster.
  • View my current timesheet lets the owner open their current timesheet.
  • View availability for a user shows the owner what the availability is of a specific user.
  • Create leave request for user allows the owner to create leave request for anyone in the organisation, including themselves.
