What is the timesheet finalised for payroll entity email

When all timesheets within a payroll entity have been finalised, an email will be sent to the organisation owner, or payroll admin to inform them that payroll is ready to be processed. The email includes a direct link to open the payroll report.  The email will be sent to the first level payroll admin of the payroll entity, or if this does not exists, the next level owner. 

Why would this feature be used

This feature is used as a method of communicating to the organisation owner or payroll admin that payroll is ready to be accessed.

When would this feature be used

This feature is automatic and is sent out once all timesheets within a payroll entity have been finalised.
