What is the easyemployer entitlement standard file import
The easyemployer entitlement standard file import is a csv file which can be used to import / update entitlements for users.
Why is this important
In the event that we do not currently have an import for your specific payroll application then the data will need to be entered into the easyemployer standard format. (see your corresponding payroll applications guides).
How to download the entitlement standard file
1. Select Organisation
2. Click Import / Export
3. Select Import / update entitlement balances
4. Select easyemployer standard format in the source application drop down
5. Click the link Click here for an example file
Entering the data into the file
Once this file has been downloaded, data can be entered into the file. This can be done by copying and pasting from another document or entering manually. It is important to keep the headings of each column as this is used to match the field in easyemployer.
How to import the file
1. Select Organisation
2. Click on Import / Export
3. Choose Import / update entitlement balances
4. Select easyemployer standard format in the source application drop down
5. Click Choose file and find the file on your computer
6. Click next
easyemployer will match to existing users using a matching algorithm which matches by:
- Export code
- Users name
The entitlements will need to be manually matched if not done so already. This is located at the bottom of the review screen.
