Time clock - enrolling and re-enrolling a user's fingerprint

This guide contains the following information:

  • How to enrol a user's fingerprint
  • How to re-enrol a user's fingerprint

How to enrol a user's fingerprint

1. Open the timeclock

2. Enter the password

3. Log in as a Owner, Manager or Administrator

Note: In this step, if you have not logged in before, you will need to have a PIN set and enabled so you can login using this.

4. Press on the Administration button

5. Press on Enrol User

6. Select the User you wish to enrol

7. Have the staff member scan their finger 4 times as instructed on the screen

8. The fingerprint has now been enrolled

 

How to re-enrol a user's fingerprint

1. Open the timeclock 

2. Enter the password

3. Log in as a Owner, Manager or Administrator

4. Press on the Administration button

5. Press on Enrol User

6. Un-check the box next to "Only show users with no fingerprint enrolled"

7. All users will not be displayed in the list

8. Select the user you wish to re-enrol

9. The staff member will need to scan their fingerprint 4 times as instructed on the screen

10. Their fingerprint has no been re-enrolled.
