Important Information regarding All-In-One unit:

Your All-In-One unit will remain to show 'offline' until your router refreshes the DNS settings for the All-In-One unit. If this does not resolve itself in 24 hours, we recommend:

  • removing the ethernet cord from the All-In-One unit.
  • Wait 2-5 minutes.
  • Reconnect. After 2-5 minutes the unit should show offline.

If you restart the All-In-One unit all cached offline data will be lost. If you are unsure on how to resolve offline issues; please contact our support team.
