Why is EE (Easy Employer) removing this?
Supply of the model specific fingerprint modules are being deprecated by the varying vendors, in lieu of newer modules to suit newer generation All In One (AIO) hardware.
What does this mean for EBN branded All In One Kiosks?
If you are currently using an EBN branded unit (referred to as GEN1 or GEN2) you will need to order your replacement / spare fingerprint scanner (bolt-on fingerprint module with MSR) before the 15th of October 2019.
What does this mean HP branded All In One Kiosks?
If you are currently using a HP branded unit (referred to as GEN3) you will need to order your replacement / spare fingerprint scanner (bolt-on fingerprint module) before the 15th of October 2019.
Am I affected?
If your AIO unit has branding matching "EBN' or "HP" you are affected.

How do I order AIO Spare Parts before 15th October 2019?
If you would like to order spare parts for your AIO device, please contact our support desk by email support@easyemployer.com or by phone through the details on our support website support.easyemployer.com. We will begin the process for you after determining your requirements.
What happens if I need to order a spare part after the 15th October 2019?
EE will no longer be supplying the spare parts as discussed in this announcement. You will need to make your own arrangements to source these parts.
