27-March-2020: sandbox service is experiencing difficulties (RESOLVED)

At approximately 1830 AEST 27th March 2020 the sandbox server access is now restored, and service degradation has ended. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this service degradation.

 

At approximately 1400 AEST 27th March 2020 the sandbox server access is now restored, however speed/performance is impacted due to the alternate internet technology being used as interim measure.

We would kindly ask at this moment; usage of this resource is kept to clients needing to test edits they would like to put onto their live account, either related to necessary payroll changes or your own BCP changes for COVID-19 responses.

 

At approximately 1030 AEST 27th March 2020 the site which hosts the "sandbox server" for our clients experienced an internet outage. We already had in place automated fail-overs for this scenario, these were also affected as a result of this issue.
