My super fund is not showing in easyemployer super fund list, why?

The super fund list within easyemployer is managed by your organisation.

🡪 Self Managed Super Funds will need to be added manually by your payroll team.

🡪 If you cannot see your super fund in list when adding this information into easyemployer; you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader for assistance.

 

 

 

 

I didn't receive my pay?

The easyemployer product does not process the payroll for your organisation. Your organisation's payroll team are responsible for processing payroll using easyemployer as part of the payroll process but the easyemployer product does not process your pay or generate your payslip.

🡪 Example products that process payroll are Xero, MYOB, MicrOpay, Attache, etc.

🡪 If you are having issues receiving your pay (or the timeliness of receiving your pay) you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader for assistance.

The easyemployer product does not process the payroll for your organisation. Your organisation's payroll team are responsible for processing payroll using easyemployer as part of the payroll process but the easyemployer product does not process your pay or generate your payslip.

Can you tell me what rate of pay I should be on?

Your organisation's payroll team are responsible for processing payroll using easyemployer as part of the payroll process but the easyemployer product is not your payroll system. Our easyemployer support staff are not payroll advisers and cannot provide any advice.
