Building the require report in report writer
1. Open Payroll Premier report writer
2. Click user defined -> Wizard
3. Enter report name as "Employee export" and click "Add to memorised reports"
4. Select employees from the drop down and click Next
5. Select Leave entitlement and click next
6. Add the following fields to selected info and click next (exact order required)
- Employee Number
- First Name
- Surname
- Date of Birth
- Date Started
- Annual Leave
- Personal Leave
- Special Leave
- Long Service
7. Untick "make a new page for every one of your Employees" and do not select anything in sorting your report and click next
8. Click next
9. Select portrait and click next
10. Click save and close
11. Done. The report has now been created in the correct format.
Exporting users and entitlement balances from Reckon Payroll Premier
1. Open Reckon Payroll Premier
2. Click Reports -> memorised reports -> Employee export
3. Click properties
4. Click Output to -> export
5. Select type: Excel and click Save
6. Click on Print
7. Done. The export will now be in your reckon payroll premier reports folder.
