Integration Benefits
Easy Employer and CTARS have partnered to build a seamless integration that enhances operational efficiency for organisations using both platforms. The integration enables:
- Schedule Management: Schedules created in CTARS are pushed to Easy Employer, where they are assigned to roster shift via automation processes, notifying CTARS the assigned worker.
- Employee & Contact Data Management: Easy Employer creates and updates CTARS employee data that comes into Easy Employer from a payroll and/or HR application
- Skill & Credential Management: Employee qualifications, certifications, and capabilities are managed in Easy Employer and integrated into rosters, schedules, roles, clients and services.
- Client Record Management: CTARS remains the master record for client data. Key client information is mirrored in Easy Employer, incorporated into the schedule, them into rosters to assist with roster allocation and timesheet accuracy.
- Client Service Management: CTARS remains the master record for service data. Key service information is mirrored in Easy Employer, incorporated into the schedule, them into rosters to assist with roster allocation and timesheet accuracy.
NOTE: While employees use the Easy Employer mobile app for clocking shifts, managing availability, and confirming rosters, schedule creation and service notes occur in CTARS.
Easy Employer Features
- Email & SMS Communications: Used for notifying users about rostered, open, or swapped shifts, as well as urgent notices.
- Roster Shift Costing: Compare actual shift costs with billable amounts to determine gross profit at the shift or service level.
- Shift Management: Includes support for sleepover, broken, and unscheduled shifts, as well as forced overtime overrides. Supports award interpretation and daily hour limits.
- Award Interpretation: Apply manual overrides for complex period-based award clauses that require non-automated handling.
- Resource Time Management: View and manage standard and contracted hours per employee directly in rosters and timesheets. Users are ranked by remaining hours to aid scheduling decisions.
CTARS Features
- Scheduling & Billing: CTARS handles end-to-end processes from budgeting and scheduling to service delivery and invoicing. Key data is shared with Easy Employer.
- Permission Management: Role-based permissions allow simple access for frontline workers while offering detailed tools for admin users.
- Staff Allocation Support: Allocated staff in CTARS appear in Easy Employer as preferred workers to assist in making informed rostering decisions based on client preferences.
- Guided Staff Scheduling: Staff can access their assigned client schedules from their CTARS home screen, ensuring visibility and accurate service delivery logging.
- Goal & Budget Tracking: Track and report on client budgets and individual goal progress to meet compliance and reporting needs.
- Quality Reporting: CTARS offers robust reporting for internal and external requirements, ensuring high-quality, client-focused data capture.
