Overview
A UAT environment allows your organisation to test configuration changes, integrations, and workflows without impacting your production environment. This provides a safe space to validate any updates before they go live.
Data (e.g. users, rosters, configuration) in a UAT environment does not replicate automatically from the production environment. This is intentional and is a key requirement for UAT servers, as testing activities can often span days or weeks. Automatic replication would overwrite any configuration changes made during the testing process, impacting test validity and continuity.

Costs and data refresh information
Dedicated UAT environments are provided at an additional monthly cost.
Data refreshes (copying full production data into the UAT environment) are also available at an additional cost.
These costs vary depending on your specific requirements.
