Overview
The To Do List provides a central location for all the tasks you need to complete within Easy Employer (EE). An example is confirming your roster shifts for the week.
The To Do List appears on the homepage for every EE user and provides reminders or prompts for actions that may need to be taken.
To Do List functionality
All prompts are colour coded and indicate the level of urgency for each item on the To Do List.
Light blue indicates a reminder, such as checking or updating details or upcoming public holidays.
Red indicates overdue or urgent actions that require immediate attention.
Orange indicates actions that should be completed soon. Ignored items may escalate to red.
Grey indicates tasks scheduled for the future (over a week away) and are less urgent than other colours.
To action any reminders, click on the text inside the box. This will expand the action or open a pop-up box. All items on the To Do List can be resolved from the home page.
