Employee Guide | Employee Timesheets

1) Overview

On call or incident shifts do not apply to all organisations. An employee that is required to be on call or respond to incidents must take a certain action or perform a certain task whenever it is required.

Your organisation might want you to record incidents or activities during a period of time you are on call or during a sleepover for example on your timesheet.

2) Add an on call or incident shift to your timesheet

  1. Access the (unfinalised) period by any of the following methods:
    • Click My Easy Employer.
      Click Timesheets.
This will open the My Timesheets page. Select the current (unfinalised) period.
    • OR, on the Quick Links section of the home page, click View my current timesheet
  2. Your timesheet will be displayed.
  3. Click the white space under the shifts corresponding to the day.
The Create actual shift dialogue will be displayed.
    • Select the role from the drop down (depending on your access, you might have access to one or more roles).
      For example, 'On Call Active'.
    • Select the start time and end time.
    • Add a shift message if required.
    • Click Save.
  4. The shift will now display on your timesheet.
