1) Overview

Notices are Easy Employer's own internal email system. It has the capability to send notices externally as an email or as a text message (sms).

 

2) Set notices rules (Organisation Level)

Rules can be assigned to notices to limit who users can send notices to, and to set the preferred communication method. The rules configured at the organisation level apply to all the users in the account.

3) Set notices rules (User Level)

Rules can also be assigned to each user in the users rules tab.
