My super fund is not showing in Easy Employer super fund list, why?

The super fund list within Easy Employer (EE) is managed by your organisation.

  • Self Managed Super Funds will need to be added manually by your payroll team.
  • If you cannot see your super fund in list when adding this information into EE; you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader for assistance.
I didn't receive my pay?

Your organisation's payroll team are responsible for processing payroll using Easy Employer as part of the payroll process but Easy Employer does not process your pay or generate your payslip.

  • Example products that process payroll are Xero, MYOB, MicrOpay, and Attache.
  • If you are having issues receiving your pay (or the timeliness of receiving your pay) you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader for assistance.
I didn't receive my payslip (pay slip)?

Your organisation's payroll team are responsible for processing payroll using Easy Employer as part of the payroll process but Easy Employer does not process your pay or generate your payslip.

  • Example products that process payroll are Xero, MYOB, MicrOpay, and Attache.
  • If you are having issues receiving your payslip we would recommend to check your spam folder. If you are having further issues you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader for assistance.
Can you tell me what rate of pay I should be on?

Your organisation's payroll team are responsible for processing payroll using Easy Employer as part of the payroll process but Easy Employer is not your payroll system. Our Easy Employer Support Team are not payroll advisers and cannot provide any advice.

  • If you have further questions you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader for assistance.
Could you tell me what day I get paid?
