Check “My Details”

The Easy Employer Support Team cannot provide you with your personal information. This information can only be obtained by you after you have logged in securely into the Easy Employer portal.

Update “My Details”

The Easy Employer Support Team cannot update your details for you. This can only be done by you after you have logged in securely into the Easy Employer portal.

Change login email

The Easy Employer Support Team cannot update your login email. This can only be done by you after you have logged in securely into the Easy Employer portal.

Change my communication email

The Easy Employer Support Team cannot change your communication email. This can only be done by you after you have logged in securely into the Easy Employer portal.

TIP: If you are not able to login to the Easy Employer portal, or you are not able to update your details, you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team. If you are unsure of your organisation procedures, speak to your immediate leader.

Unable to edit information in “My Profile”

The details in My Profile can be locked from editing for various reasons, including:

  • The integration your organisation is using.
  • Your organisation has decided to disable editing of details by users.

You will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader or employer if you are unsure of your organisation procedures around this.

Forgot password

The Easy Employer Support Team does not know what your password is and cannot change this for you. You will need to reset your password using the guide:

Forgot login email

If you have forgotten your login email, speak to your manager and they can reset online access and you can complete signup again.

Forgot pin code

The Easy Employer Support Team does not know your pin code. If you have forgotten your pin code, please log into the Easy Employer website and update this in your profile: Employee Guide | Set a Pin Code
