Can you check 'My Details' for me?
The Easy Employer Support Team cannot provide you with your personal information as this can only be obtained by yourself after you have logged in securely into the Easy Employer portal.
- If you are having issues accessing or viewing your details - you need to raise this internally with your immediate leader / employer for assistance.
Can you update 'My Details' for me?
The Easy Employer Support Team cannot update your details for you. This can only be done by yourself after you have logged in securely into the Easy Employer portal.
- If you are not able to login to the Easy Employer portal, or you are not able to update your details; you will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader if you are unsure of your organisation procedures around this.
I am unable to edit information in 'My Profile', why?
The details in My Profile can be locked from editing for various reasons, including:
- The integration your organisation is using.
- Your organisation has decided to disable editing of details by users.
You will need to raise this internally with your organisation payroll team or speak to your immediate leader / employer if you are unsure of your organisation procedures around this.
I forgot my password, can you tell me what it is or change it?
The Easy Employer Support Team does not know what your password is and cannot change this for you. You will need to reset your password by following the guide here.
