Timesheets | Finalisation Email
1) Overview
When all timesheets within a payroll entity have been finalised, an email is sent to inform the payroll is ready to be processed. The email includes a direct link to open the payroll report.
This feature is automatic and is sent out once all timesheets within a payroll entity have been finalised. The email is sent to the first level payroll admin or owner of the payroll entity; if this does not exists, the organisation payroll admin; or if this does not exist, the organisation owner.
