1) Overview
The Easy Employer entitlement standard file import is a csv file which can be used to import / update entitlements for users.
In the event that we do not currently have an import for your specific payroll application then the data will need to be entered into the Easy Employer standard format (see your corresponding payroll applications guides).

There are cases where the Easy Employer Standard Format file may be required to import entitlement balances.
In these cases, the first step is to download the example file from EE, which provides you with an accurate template of the information the system specifically requires to complete the import.
Once the example file has been downloaded, it can be completed with the required data and used to upload the information to the system.
