Uninstall the Easy Employer Time Clock application
- Open the Start menu and go to Settings → Apps → Installed Apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features on older Windows versions).
- Find Easyemployer Time Clock in the list.
- Select it and click Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts until the uninstallation completes.
Remove residual application data
After uninstalling, delete any leftover folders to ensure a clean installation.
- Press Windows + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog.
- Type the following and press Enter:

TIP: Folder names may differ slightly in capitalisation — delete any folder with a similar name.

Prepare the time clock for re-setup
Before launching the newly installed application, reset the time clock lock in Easy Employer to allow registration.
- Log in to Easy Employer (website) with an administrator account.
- Go to Organisation → Time Clocks.
- Select the relevant time clock and click Reset Lock.
- Confirm the reset when prompted.
NOTE: If the lock is not reset before setup, running the time clock link will be rehected
Set up the time clock on the device
- Open the Easy Employer Time Clock application.
- Follow the on-screen setup prompts
Test the installation
- Verify that users appear correctly and can clock in/out.
- Confirm that the device is connected to the network and synchronises correctly with Easy Employer.
Optional – Clean reboot
After completing the setup, it is recommended to restart the device to ensure all system services initialise correctly.
