Roster notes can be set for each user in the system, and are shown on the roster interface.
These notes can be used to document warnings, issues or incidents. These notes could also be used to document performance management matters or anything that might be useful during a staff review session or for users in charge of rosters.
This feature could be used when adding a new employee/user, before or after completing a roster. Notes against a users' profile can be seen by any user who manages that user.
