Overview

The user notes feature is often overlooked. It allows managers to leave notes on a user's profile. These notes are visible only to the manager.

NOTE: If a user manages themselves, they will be able to see notes on their own profile.

User notes can be used for warnings, issues, incidents, performance management matters, or any information useful during staff reviews or roster management.

Notes against a user's profile are visible to any manager who manages that user.

Add notes to users' profiles

Follow these steps to add notes to a user's profile:

Step 1: Access Organisation menu

Step 2: Click Users

Step 3: Select the user

Step 4: Click Notes

Step 5: Click pencil icon to add note

Step 6: Enter note

Step 7: Save note

Step 8: Cancel note if required

Step 9: Note saved on user's profile
