1) Overview
User management in Easy Employer is done through profiles the system creates for each user. User profiles hold personal details, preferences, employment details, settings and any other information pertinent to the user.
Users profiles can be access through the Users page. Tasks such as setting status, finding users details, configure user's access and communications settings are done through this page.
Users with the correct permission levels can use this feature at any stage, although it is generally most used when an employee needs to be added to the system or have their details updated.
2) Manage Users
Follow these steps to access the Users page:
- Click Organisation.
- Click Users.
- The users page is displayed.
Active users will be displayed by default. - Tick / untick Active, Inactive and Terminated to filter users.
- Use the tabs on the sidebar to set Access, Communication (refer to the guides in the RELATED ARTICLES section for more information) and Payroll settings.
- If your organisation has a large user list, click Next page at the bottom of the screen, or click the # (number) per page drop-down menu to select a higher number of records to display on the same page.
3) Access / edit employees' information
- Click Organisation.
- Click Users.
- The users page is displayed.
Active users will be displayed by default. - Click on the name of the user you would like to manage (for this example, the user "Thomas Anderson" has been selected).
- The User's Profile Details page is displayed.

To change any details:

Click edit to change information.
- Click save button after making changes.
- Click cancel to prevent the changes from saving.

Click delete to remove the information.

- The sidebar on the User Profile provides all the necessary configuration options specific for this user.
4) View details for all employees
Easy Employer offers an easy way to view all the details of all employees in the organisation, through the Users details report. To access the report:
- Click Reports.
- Click User Details Report.
- The report is displayed on screen.
