1) Overview

Users (employees) should be assigned their applicable employment conditions shortly after adding them to Easy Employer, or when their pay conditions change (e.g., a pay rise).

The employment conditions for each employee are based on the individual's circumstances and the awards they are covered by. Please refer to the guide in the RELATED ARTICLES section for more information about award management in Easy Employer.
