1) Overview
The leave shift management page is a quick and easy way to manage leave for a selected period.
This feature enables managers to effectively manage leave for a user or group of users.
2) How to use the leave shift management page
- Click Leave.
- Select Leave Shifts.
- The report will default to the current day, and will display all leave for the next 7 days.
- Use the calendars in the top left hand corner to choose the start and end dates.
- The report can be scoped by users or group, showing only the leave for specific users, or all users assigned to a specific group.
- Click Reorder columns to refine which columns are displayed, or reorder them.
The change column ordering dialog box will appear.
- Tick/untick the required columns.
- Click and drag to reorder.
- The report can be exported by clicking on Export to CSV, or Export to XLS.
- Hovering over the end of the row reveals the Actions button (cog icon).
Click Actions and then Manage to edit the leave shift details. - Use the Edit leave shift dialog box to manage the leave shift.
